Position Overview:
HBFC is looking for a highly skilled Assistant Manager/Manager – Branch Operations to join their team. This position plays a vital role in overseeing and ensuring smooth operations at the branch level, focusing on customer-centric services and enhancing operational efficiency. The role will involve guiding branches on policies, systems, and regulatory matters, as well as monitoring performance to ensure that operational standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager/Manager for Branch Operations at HBFC, you will be responsible for:
- Branch Operations Management: Ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-centric operations across all 51 branches of HBFC.
- Policy & Compliance Guidance: Provide guidance to branch staff on operational policies, systems, and regulatory matters to ensure compliance with standards.
- Operational Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, reduce errors, and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory bodies to ensure the smooth flow of operations.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor branch performance regularly and resolve any operational issues that arise to maintain smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Master’s/Bachelor’s (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant field.
- Age Limit: Applicants must be under 45 years of age.
Skills & Competencies:
- Operational Expertise: Strong understanding of branch operations, with the ability to optimize processes and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Leadership: Ability to guide and lead branch staff while ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with stakeholders and teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
