Key Responsibilities:

As a Management Trainee Officer – Warehouse, you will be involved in the following key areas:

• Warehouse Operations Support: Assist in daily warehouse activities such as inventory handling, ensuring stock accuracy, and managing timely material dispatch.
• Coordination: Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth inbound and outbound material flow.
• System Updates & Documentation: Help in system updates, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Safety Standards: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and 5S standards (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Requirements:

To qualify for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Educational Qualification:
  • MBA in Supply Chain from a reputed business school.
• Experience:
  • 0 to 6 months of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and facility management skills.
  • Effective communication skills and team coordination abilities.
