Job Title: Senior Officer Curriculum-Urdu & Islamiat (Middle School)
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Qualification: Master’s in Urdu or Education
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in curriculum development and teaching at the Middle School level

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior Officer Curriculum-Urdu & Islamiat, your role will be central to the development and implementation of the Urdu and Islamiat curriculum for the Middle School level. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Curriculum Development and Design:
- Assist in developing and designing the curriculum for Urdu and Islamiat for the Middle School level.
- Ensure that the curriculum aligns with the institution’s educational goals and meets academic standards.
- Implementation and Monitoring:
- Monitor the effective implementation of the Urdu & Islamiat curriculum across Middle School.
- Provide support and guidance to teachers and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of the curriculum.
- Training and Development:
- Organize and lead training workshops for teachers to enhance their understanding and teaching of Urdu & Islamiat.
- Prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, and assessments to support curriculum delivery and enhance student outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that the curriculum development process adheres to company policies and academic processes.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Urdu Language:
- Strong command of the Urdu language with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken formats.
- Urdu Typing Skills:
- Proficiency in typing Urdu, ensuring that educational materials are accurately and efficiently produced.
- Curriculum Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of Middle Level Urdu & Islamiat curriculum designing, implementation, and evaluation.
- MS Office Proficiency:
- Expertise in using MS Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, to create and manage curriculum documents and reports.
