Key Responsibilities:

As the Field Operations Manager North, you will be at the forefront of FasalPay’s expansion into new geographical areas, ensuring the growth and operational efficiency of the company’s operations in the Northern region of Pakistan. Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Field Operations Leadership:
   • Oversee the day-to-day operations in the North region, including managing local teams and coordinating with farmers and agri-stakeholders.
2. Value-Chain Development:
   • Develop and optimize the value-chain in collaboration with farmers, ensuring that processes from seed supply to harvesting run smoothly and efficiently.
3. Stakeholder Coordination:
   • Coordinate with other agricultural stakeholders such as suppliers, service providers, and financial institutions to ensure timely and cost-effective operations.
4. Expansion Strategy:
   • Lead the growth of FasalPay’s services in the North region, ensuring effective penetration into new markets.
5. Operational Monitoring and Reporting:
   • Monitor operational performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to share with senior management.
6. Customer and Partner Engagement:
   • Build relationships with farmers and agri-stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support to maintain long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• Master’s Degree in Agriculture or a related field.

Experience:

• 7 – 10 years of relevant experience in field operations, with a focus on value-chain development and coordination with farmers and agricultural stakeholders.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong Leadership: Ability to lead and manage teams in the field effectively.
• Agricultural Knowledge: In-depth understanding of farming practices, supply chains, and the agricultural value chain.
