Bank Al Habib, one of Pakistan’s leading financial institutions, is hiring for the position of Tele-Sales Manager – Cards in the Contact Center department. 🌟 Position Overview

The Tele-Sales Manager – Cards will be responsible for leading the tele-sales team, developing strategies, and driving the bank’s card products’ sales via outbound calls. You will oversee a team, ensuring they meet their sales targets, improve performance, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding the customer base for credit cards, debit cards, and other financial products, contributing to the growth of Bank Al Habib’s card portfolio.


💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management:
    Lead and manage a team of tele-sales representatives to ensure they meet sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    Develop and implement tele-sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for the cards division.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Regularly monitor team performance and provide necessary coaching, training, and feedback to enhance productivity and sales results.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    Ensure the team delivers exceptional service and builds long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Reporting:
    Prepare and submit regular performance reports to the senior management, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry standards to maintain high-quality service and secure transactions.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:
    A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
    Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience:
    5 to 7 years of experience in tele-sales, telemarketing, or customer service in a banking or financial services environment. Prior experience in managing or leading a sales team is a must.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Ability to analyze performance data and drive sales growth.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
    • Familiarity with banking products, particularly cards and their features.

The role is based in Karachi, at the Bank Al Habib Contact Center. You will be working in a collaborative environment, striving to meet both individual and team goals.
