• Managing and supervising maintenance activities for stationary equipment of Offsite, Utilities, and Urea Plants, including routine corrective maintenance on a daily basis.
• Ensuring the implementation of predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Maintaining a historical record of all maintenance activities for stationary equipment, tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Managing the team’s leave plan, duty schedules, shift rosters, and delegating routine and non-routine maintenance jobs.
• Involvement in budget planning, including both CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) and OPEX (Operational Expenditure), ensuring the efficient use of resources and meeting budgetary targets.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards during all maintenance activities.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the team, ensuring the maintenance operations are executed with the highest standards of efficiency and safety.
