Role Title: Officer – Board Coordination

As the Officer – Board Coordination, you will be responsible for coordinating activities related to board meetings, ensuring that all necessary documents and materials are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. You will act as a liaison between executive management and the board of directors, ensuring that communication flows smoothly and governance processes are followed effectively.


🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or a related field.
    • A Master’s degree will be a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 2-4 years of experience in board coordination, corporate governance, or a similar role within a corporate setting.
