As a Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager in SAM Corporate & Commercial, you will be responsible for managing relationships with corporate clients, specifically focusing on special assets. This role requires someone with strong relationship management skills and the ability to oversee corporate and commercial portfolios that involve non-performing assets and restructured loans.

🎓 Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• Education:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA) will be a plus.
• Experience:
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in corporate banking, special assets management, or relationship management.
  • Experience in handling non-performing loans (NPLs) and restructured assets is essential.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Relationship Manager / Relationship Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, especially those in the special assets portfolio.
• Overseeing and managing special assets and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Developing strategies for managing non-performing loans (NPLs), restructured loans, and other special assets.
• Collaborating with internal teams (risk, legal, recovery) to monitor and manage the recovery process and asset restructuring.
• Providing consultative support to clients in financial distress and offering solutions to restructure or mitigate risks.
• Regular monitoring and reporting of the status of special assets and commercial loans.
• Coordinating with senior management to ensure that policies and procedures regarding special assets management are adhered to.
