🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As Manager – Administration, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the factory and implementing policies that enhance organizational efficiency. Your duties will include:
- Administrative Oversight:
➤ Manage daily factory administration, including office operations, equipment maintenance, and recordkeeping. - Labor Law & Compliance:
➤ Ensure adherence to Pakistan’s labor laws, factory regulations, and internal company policies. - Facility & Support Services Management:
➤ Supervise security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen services to ensure optimal support to staff and smooth functioning of the facility. - Vendor & Procurement Management:
➤ Handle vendor selection, manage procurement processes, and maintain critical office/factory equipment. - Liaison with Government Authorities:
➤ Coordinate for licenses, permits, labor inspections, and official documentation. - Employee Welfare & Workplace Environment:
➤ Implement safety, health, and welfare programs.
➤ Address and resolve employee grievances to ensure a productive work culture.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in administration, preferably in a textile mill, manufacturing unit, or industrial setup.
