As a Quality Assurance Officer at our Raiwind Processing Plant, you’ll be the frontline guardian of our brand promise. Your expertise will ensure every product meets rigorous safety protocols, directly impacting consumer trust in Pakistan’s #1 poultry brand.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
| Food Safety Leadership | Systems & Compliance |
|---|---|
| Monitor real-time quality control in processing areas (slaughtering, packaging, storage) | Implement & audit HACCP, ISO 22000, and other Quality Management Systems |
| Conduct microbiological/chemical testing of raw materials & finished products | Lead internal training on hygiene protocols, GMP, and SOP adherence |
| Troubleshoot deviations in production processes | Maintain meticulous records for regulatory compliance (PSQCA, FDA) |
| Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues | Drive continuous improvement in food safety practices |
⚙️ Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience

Mandatory:

BSc (Hons)/MSc in Food Science & Technology or Meat Science & Technology (recognized university).

Preferred:
-
1–2 years in QA within poultry/food processing (experience with chilled/frozen products is a plus).
