About the Position
Role: Research Assistant
Duration: Minimum 3 months (extendable up to 1 year)
Number of Positions: 2
As a Research Assistant, you will support the university’s ongoing research projects in Artificial Intelligence, Data Sciences, and Mathematics. You will collaborate with a team of experts to analyze, interpret, and visualize data, making meaningful contributions to impactful research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, preprocess, and clean raw data from diverse sources.
- Develop algorithms, models, and methodologies for data analysis and interpretation.
- Design and implement experiments for data-driven research projects.
- Perform statistical analyses, hypothesis testing, and data visualization to extract actionable insights.
- Stay updated on advancements in Data Sciences and contribute to research publications, reports, and presentations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Mathematics.
- Candidates currently pursuing or having completed a Master’s thesis will be preferred.
- Skills & Expertise:
- Strong foundation in data analysis techniques, statistical modeling, and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and in collaborative environments.
- Strong communication skills for presenting findings and engaging in team discussions.
- Additional Advantages:
- Prior research experience or internships in Data Sciences will be a plus.
