Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or commercial department with an airline or travel agents

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree

Age: 24-35 years

Job Responsibilities

As a Client Relations Executive at Airblue, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborating with sales and commercial teams to enhance client experiences.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing insights to improve client services.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required Skills

  • MS Office Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with airline practices and procedures.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
