Position: Sales Manager
Requirements:
- BBA/MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- 07-08 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector.
- Core Sales & Distribution experience in FMCG products, preferably in the beverage industry.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager at Pepsi – Northern Bottling Company (Pvt) Ltd., you will be responsible for:
- Developing sales strategies and marketing plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability targets.
- Compiling and executing plans and objectives to attain zone/area-wise primary and secondary sales targets, as well as ensuring product/package availability.
- Leading a team of sales professionals to drive performance and deliver results.
- Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders including distributors, retailers, and customers.

The position is based at: 16-Industrial Estate, Jamrud Road, Hayatabad, Peshawar
