Position: Executive Shipping
Job Description:
As an Executive Shipping, your responsibilities will include:
- Following company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) by coordinating with transporters and security staff to ensure vehicle readiness (e.g., checking for oil leaks, floor and ceiling conditions).
- Arranging local transportation for domestic shipments.
- Assisting the team in maintaining documentation of E-Forms on invoices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Ideal Profile:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A BBA/MBA or equivalent degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or related roles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
