Position: Admin Services Lead
Job Description:
As the Admin Services Lead, you will be responsible for:
- Controlling and managing all logistics and staff transportation movements within the company.
- Monitoring gate activities, including Visitor Management System (VMS), timekeeping office, and the inward and outward movement of goods.
- Supervising and monitoring lift machine operations, cafeteria staff, and loaders.
- Allocating drivers for different modes of transportation based on operational requirements.
Ideal Profile:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A Master’s in Business Administration or a relevant degree.
- 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
