Job Description
As a Senior Store Executive, you will be responsible for:
- Managing both ERP and Oracle systems to oversee inventory operations effectively.
- Recording and tracking inventory levels accurately, including stock movements, adjustments, and replenishments.
- Collaborating with purchasing and logistics teams to maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs.
- Implementing and maintaining inventory management best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Conducting regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records and investigating discrepancies.
- Generating reports, analyzing data, and identifying trends to make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address inventory-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Training and supporting store staff in utilizing ERP and Oracle systems for inventory management tasks.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Graduation (B.COM/B.A) or equivalent qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of experience working with ERP and Oracle systems, with a strong understanding of inventory control and store operations.
