Job Role:
As the Zonal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing overall supervision and strategic direction for operational activities in Sukkur.
- Monitoring and achieving Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal performance.
- Responding promptly to team reports and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues.
- Enforcing compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven team management and time management abilities to optimize operational workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to achieving operational excellence.
