Job Role:
As the Zonal Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Providing overall supervision and strategic direction for operational activities within the assigned zone.
- Monitoring and achieving Operations Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize efficiency and performance.
- Ensuring timely response and resolution of operational reports from the team.
- Implementing and enforcing compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
- Developing and implementing controls to manage expenses and vouchers effectively.
- Upholding high service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
- A strong operational background with 3-4 years of experience in a managerial capacity, preferably in E-Commerce or logistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with teams and stakeholders.
- Proven team management and time management abilities to streamline operational workflows.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to achieving results.
