Are you a talented and creative individual with a passion for textile design? Cambridge is searching for a Senior Print Designer to join our dynamic team in Karachi. This role offers you the opportunity to unleash your creativity, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of original print designs that resonate with our brand’s aesthetic and seasonal themes.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Print Designer at Cambridge, your responsibilities will include:
- Conceptualizing and developing original print designs that reflect the brand’s aesthetic and seasonal themes, while also meeting product requirements and brand guidelines.
- Collaborating closely with design, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure that print designs align with product concepts and enhance brand identity.
- Overseeing the print production process from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring that designs are accurately translated onto products and meet quality standards.
- Staying informed about emerging trends, color forecasts, and industry developments in print and textile design, and incorporating relevant insights into design concepts.
- Reviewing print samples and prototypes to identify and address any issues related to color, scale, or print placement, and making necessary adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, we are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
- 4-5 years of industry-relevant experience in print design, demonstrating a track record of creativity and innovation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
