We are excited to announce an opportunity for passionate individuals to join us as Assistant Manager Spray/Brushing at Crescent Bahuman Limited (CBL) Plant. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
As Assistant Manager Spray/Brushing, you will be entrusted with ensuring the highest standards of quality and aesthetics in our denim garment production. Here are some key responsibilities you will undertake:
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that after-wash quality, testing, and visual aesthetic parameters are achieved in alignment with dry process standards.
- Production Management: Drive production targets within approved shade bands and step targets as specified by the customer, following the 1st wash review.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate records of spray recipes and material issuances, ensuring proper allocation against processed orders.
- Collaboration: Liaise with Transition, Apparel Quality, and Re-screening teams to ensure compliance with product quality parameters and seamless workflow.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering is required to qualify for this role.
Work Experience:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in the Denim Garment Spray Area is essential.
Skills:
- Garment Aesthetic Sense: A keen eye for garment aesthetics is crucial to excel in this role, ensuring the final product meets visual standards.
- Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
