About the Position:
As a Manager (HR) at NISHAT, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organizational culture and driving employee engagement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Organizational Development: Design and implement strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and productivity.
- Talent Management: Develop and implement talent management initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations and resolve employee issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- HR Analytics: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to measure HR effectiveness and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
Key Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- 16 years of education in HR or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in Organizational Development (OD).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
