Role Overview:

As the Deputy Manager Finance (Shared Services), you will be responsible for managing monthly closing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance within the organization. Working closely with Plant teams, you will coordinate financial activities to maintain accurate records and uphold internal controls. Your expertise in financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Closing Processes: Oversee and manage the monthly closing processes, collaborating with Plant teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including a good understanding of IFRS or IAS and Companies Act requirements.
• Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and maintain the integrity of financial information.

Requirements:

• Qualified Finance Professional: CA/ACCA/ACMA qualified with 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably having completed articles from a reputable firm, such as the Big 4 accounting firms.
