Role & Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the installation, maintenance, and repair of all factory electrical and solar energy systems, prioritizing efficiency and safety.
- Conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance for electrical and solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinating maintenance schedules and upgrades with various departments and contractors.
- Troubleshooting electrical and solar system issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Assisting the Factory Manager in implementing the Plant Preventive Maintenance plan to minimize breakdowns and unplanned downtimes.
- Leading and training the maintenance team to ensure safety compliance, efficient operations, and adherence to quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory, while ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulations.
- Driving continuous improvement in maintenance processes and team performance through mentoring, coaching, and performance management.
- Staying updated with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles relevant to plant and equipment maintenance.
- Participating in investigations and preparing relevant reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BTech, BSc Engineering) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Proven experience in electrical system installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably in FMCG manufacturing, particularly high-speed packing environments.
- Familiarity with solar energy technology, including design and troubleshooting.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
Location: Ahsanabad, Super Highway, Karachi.
