Key Requirements:
Position: Manager (Electrical)
Business Division: Captive Power
Qualification: BSc Electrical / B-TECH (Hons)
Experience: 5-6 Years’ experience in a Managerial Role at a Power Plant
As the Manager in our Electrical Division, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing operations within our Captive Power Business. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Leadership: Leading a team of professionals in the electrical division, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance.
- Operations Management: Overseeing day-to-day operations of the electrical department, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to industry standards.
- Project Management: Managing electrical projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Implementing maintenance schedules, conducting inspections, and troubleshooting electrical systems to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards, keeping abreast of industry developments and implementing best practices.
