Position Overview:

As a QC Inspector at United King in Karachi, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and safety of our food products. Your responsibilities will include inspecting, testing, and analyzing food items to ensure they meet regulatory requirements and adhere to our strict quality standards. You will work closely with our production team to identify and address any quality issues, ensuring that only the finest products reach our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of food products at various stages of the production process, including raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Perform quality tests and analyses using established protocols and equipment to verify compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Identify and report any deviations from quality standards, communicating findings to relevant stakeholders and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspection results, documentation, and quality control reports for regulatory compliance and internal audits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and quality assurance, to implement continuous improvement initiatives and enhance product quality.

Requirements:

  • Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in food science, microbiology, chemistry, or a related field is preferred. Relevant certifications or training in quality control and food safety will be advantageous.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control or food industry operations is required, with a strong understanding of quality management principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
