As a Sales Promotion Officer, you will play a key role in building relationships with dealers, gathering market insights, and achieving sales targets in designated areas.
Role Description:
As a Sales Promotion Officer at Master Group of Industries, your responsibilities will include:
- Visit Planning: Creating monthly visit plans and ensuring their approval, as well as updating visit plans on a weekly basis to optimize coverage and efficiency.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieving monthly sales targets through effective planning, execution, and follow-up.
- Dealer Relationship Management: Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with dealers in designated areas, providing support, and motivating them to enhance their performance.
- Stock Movement Analysis: Regularly analyzing stock movement to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Additional Sales Tasks: Undertaking any other sales-related tasks assigned by the line manager to support the achievement of organizational goals.
Qualification & Experience:
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A BBA/MBA degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Fresh to 2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

The position is based at Ferozpur Road, Lahore.
