Artistic Milliners is looking for talented individuals to join our team as Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE). About the Position:
As a Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager (HSE) at Artistic Milliners, you will play a crucial role in developing and enforcing HSE policies, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.
- Defining safety-related roles and responsibilities for top management.
- Monitoring safety procedures and motivating compliance among employees.
- Conducting internal and external safety audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Participating in accident investigations and providing technical support to senior management.
- Providing safety-related engineering input in projects and participating in HSE committees.
- Conducting risk assessments and preparing comprehensive health and safety documents, including plans and procedures for contract start-up activities.
Qualifications:
- Engineering Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Environmental, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding IOSH-NEBOSH certificates.
