Department: Power Generation & Distribution (Gas-Power Plant)
Education:
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in power generation and/or distribution operations.

Job Description:
Power Generation:
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of the 8 MW gas-fired power plant.
- Implement and maintain preventive maintenance programs for all equipment.
- Monitor plant performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations for gas-fired power plants.
Power Distribution:
- Develop and implement effective power distribution plans.
- Manage and monitor the distribution network.
- Coordinate with grid operators for interconnection and power purchase agreements.
- Optimize energy efficiency and minimize power losses across the distribution network.
Financial Management:
- Prepare and manage budgets for both power generation and distribution operations.
