Position: Floor Manager Location: Islamabad
Role Brief:
As a Floor Manager at SAPPHIRE, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure an enhanced customer experience in line with organizational guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with existing and potential customers.
- Store Operations:
- Manage daily store operations to meet organizational standards.
- Implement and uphold Brand Experience Guidelines to create a cohesive and inviting shopping environment.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory management according to given guidelines.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and prevent stockouts.
- Safety and Security:
- Guarantee the safety and security of the store and its assets.
- Implement effective measures to mitigate risks.
- Visual Merchandising:
- Understand and implement Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines on the floor.
- Create visually appealing displays to attract and engage customers.
Qualification, Experience, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 3-4 years of experience as a Floor Manager/Assistant Manager in a renowned fashion brand.
- Flexibility and adaptability with a positive attitude.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, emphasizing innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.
