Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy:
- Collaborate in developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the industry.
- Product Launch:
- Assist in planning and executing product launches, initiating product developments, and ensuring effective positioning and messaging.
- Content Creation:
- Develop compelling content for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Budget Management:
- Contribute to efficiently managing the brand’s marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Brand Monitoring:
- Monitor brand performance and consumer feedback, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, product development, and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Analytics:
- Analyze marketing campaign data and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
Key Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-3 years of experience in brand management or product management.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Proficiency in market research tools and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
