Position: Service Advisor (Contractual)
Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor at our Motorcycle Showroom in Lahore, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and the efficient operation of our service center. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer interactions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Scheduling repairs and maintenance services for motorcycles.
- Providing technical assistance and guidance to customers regarding their motorcycles.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintaining accurate records of service appointments and customer feedback.
- Assisting in inventory management and parts ordering.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of customer service operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Inventory management skills.
- Preferably a DAE (Diploma in Auto & Diesel/Mechanical) qualification.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Location: Lahore
