Position: Service Advisor (Contractual) for Motorcycle Showroom – Karachi

Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor at Suzuki, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer interactions in a professional and courteous manner.
- Scheduling repairs and maintenance services, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Providing technical assistance and guidance to customers, addressing their concerns and queries.
- Maintaining inventory and ensuring the availability of motorcycle parts and accessories.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Contributing to a positive customer experience and loyalty.
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of customer service operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Inventory management skills.
- Preferably holding a DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Auto & Diesel/Mechanical.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
