Haleeb Foods is seeking a Zonal Sales Manager for the South region, with a focus on Karachi, Sindh, and Balochistan. If you have the skills and experience for this role, we encourage you to apply.
Major Responsibilities:
As the Zonal Sales Manager – South, your key responsibilities will include:
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute brand-wise sales plans on a monthly and annual basis.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the sales team in the South region, ensuring they are motivated, aligned with company objectives, and delivering on targets.
- Distribution Infrastructure: Oversee and ensure the availability of an adequate distribution infrastructure to support sales activities effectively.
- Sales Growth: Drive sales growth by delivering targets and surpassing previous year’s performance.
- Trade Marketing: Facilitate the execution of trade marketing plans and other marketing activities to promote company products effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sales management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the Karachi, Sindh, and Balochistan markets is a plus.
