Responsibilities:
As a Floor Manager at Chase Value, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth retail operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of various store functions. Your primary tasks will include:
- Utilizing your in-depth product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Creating appealing displays and merchandising arrangements to enhance the shopping experience.
- Overseeing inventory management, ensuring stock availability, and minimizing discrepancies.
- Ensuring the security of stock through vigilant monitoring and adherence to safety protocols.
- Managing warehouse operations to optimize storage and accessibility.
- Conducting training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of store staff.
- Maintaining a high level of floor decorum and customer interaction standards.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Previous experience in retail operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong product knowledge and a deep understanding of merchandising techniques.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
