Key Responsibilities:

As the Territory Sales Manager – Key Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and development of Fauji Foods’ business within your assigned territory. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Key Accounts Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s presence in existing and potential key accounts.
  • Distribution Handling: Oversee the distribution network and ensure smooth and efficient product delivery to customers.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, finance, and logistics teams to ensure product availability and visibility in the market.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:
    At least 2 years of experience in Key Accounts Management, Sales Management, and Distribution Handling within the FMCG sector, particularly in the dairy industry.
  • Educational Qualification:
    A BBA/MBA degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proven ability to manage key accounts and achieve sales targets.
    • Solid understanding of the FMCG and dairy industry.
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
