As the Senior Manager PMO , your core mission is to establish and maintain the governance framework for the Information Security division’s project portfolio. You will be the central force ensuring that critical security initiatives—from new technology implementations to compliance-driven programs—are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. A Detailed Look at the Role and Responsibilities of Senior Manager PMO :

Your role as a Senior Manager PMO is multifaceted, blending strategic planning with meticulous execution management. You will serve as the nexus between technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leadership.

1. Strategic Portfolio Governance & Oversight

You will be the architect of the project management discipline within the Information Security domain.

• Establish and maintain the Senior Manager PMO framework, defining standardized project management methodologies, templates, and tools specifically tailored for information security initiatives.

• Govern the entire project portfolio for the Information Security division, providing a holistic view of all active, pending, and completed projects.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

You will be the primary source of truth regarding the status and health of the information security project portfolio.
