1. Manager – Finance & Accounting

Location: Lahore
Job Timings (On-Site): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PST)

Key Requirements:

• 3-5 years of U.S.-based finance/accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Paychex.
• Strong understanding of U.S. taxation and financial regulations.
• Excellent leadership and analytical skills to manage and guide the finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage finance and accounting activities.
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and tax filings.
• Provide strategic financial insights and drive process improvements.

2. Bookkeeping & Accounting Executive

Location: Lahore
Job Timings (On-Site): 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PST)

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably with U.S. clients.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, and Paychex.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end closing.
• Collaborate with senior finance staff to support overall accounting functions.
