Fauji Foods is currently looking for a Deputy Manager Production to join their team at their Cereals & Pasta Plant in Rawalpindi. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in production management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that it aligns with company standards, regulations, and schedules.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the production team to ensure smooth operations and the achievement of production targets.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and ensure that production processes are efficient and cost-effective.
- Operational Improvement: Continuously assess and improve production processes to optimize resource utilization and reduce costs.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all aspects of the production process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance, to ensure timely and efficient production operations.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with a focus on production management.
- Education: BSc in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Deep understanding of production processes and efficiency optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards.
