Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support the production planning and control team in the following activities:

• Production Planning: Assist in preparing production schedules based on demand, inventory, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Production Monitoring: Compare planned production with actual output and coordinate corrective actions when delays or deviations occur.
• Material and Inventory Control: Help ensure that required materials are available to avoid interruptions in manufacturing.
• Production Coordination: Work with production teams to support smooth operations and efficient resource utilization.
• Reporting and Data Management: Prepare production reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and maintain accurate ERP/MIS data.
• Continuous Improvement: Support initiatives to improve production efficiency and planning processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• A degree in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or an MBA in Supply Chain Management.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
