Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough pre-evaluation of each order sheet for export and commercial orders.
- Issue and closely monitor outsourcing programs for export and commercial orders.
- Prepare daily reports for outsourcing processing, encompassing production and delivery updates.
- Manage the issuance of gate passes for fabric in outsourcing processes.
- Oversee monthly stock counts and work-in-progress audits.
- Generate Sales Orders (SO) and Work Orders, deciding whether to produce in-house or outsource.
- Ensure accurate fabric reconciliation and assess process rates.
- Collaborate with the team and handle additional tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
