Attock Petroleum Limited (APL) is the 4th Oil Marketing Company in Pakistan to be granted a marketing license in February 1998. Its first oil discovery in Pakistan was made in Khaur district Attock in 1915. The refining operations were started in 1922 at Morgah near Rawalpindi.

Attock Petroleum Limited is currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Executive – Distribution. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity for career growth and development in the distribution field. As a Senior Executive – Distribution, you will be responsible for overseeing the distribution operations, ensuring timely delivery of products, managing inventory, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee the distribution operations, including managing the movement of products, inventory control, and order processing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient distribution.
- Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics, such as delivery schedules, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and timely execution of distribution activities.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouses, distribution centers, and transportation facilities to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis related to distribution activities for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA (Hons) or MBA, preferably with a specialization in supply chain management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of distribution management principles, logistics operations, and inventory control.
- Prior experience in the distribution or supply chain function is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be eligible to work in Sheikhupura, Pakistan.
