We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Coordinator at Hilal Foods (Pvt) Ltd. This is an entry-level position that offers an excellent opportunity for career growth and development in the sales field. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the sales process.


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team members.
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, order processing, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and relevant documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and track sales activities, targets, and performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be eligible to work in Lahore, Pakistan.
