Haleeb Foods Limited, a leading food and beverage company in Pakistan, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer. As a Logistics Officer, you will play a key role in managing the movement of goods and ensuring efficient and timely delivery to our customers. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor and track shipments, including preparing necessary documentation, such as invoices, purchase orders, and shipping labels.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including procurement, production, and sales, to ensure smooth logistics operations and meet customer demands.
• Optimize logistics processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies regarding import/export, customs clearance, and transportation.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on shipment status and address any queries or concerns.
• Resolve any issues or delays in the delivery process and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Evaluate and select transportation and logistics service providers based on cost, reliability, and service quality.
• Analyze logistics data and generate reports to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs clearance procedures is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in Lahore, Pakistan on a full-time and permanent basis.
