Meezan Bank Limited, one of the leading Islamic banks in Pakistan, is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as an Executive Secretary. As an Executive Secretary, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to our executives, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to executives, including managing their schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational guidelines.
- Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and visa processing, as required.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and distributing meeting materials.
- Conduct research, gather data, and compile information for various projects and reports.
- Prepare expense reports and maintain financial records related to executive activities.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a relevant field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
