Position Overview: As an Executive – HR Operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of various HR initiatives and systems. This position requires a BBA/MBA (HRM) degree from a reputable university and 4 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and systems.
  • Provide expert counseling on HR policies and procedures to employees.
  • Ensure timely initiation of the probation cycle.
  • Compile and present information according to the instructions of the Line Manager.
  • Coordinate and manage the employee recognition program, working closely with line managers for feedback and nominations.
  • Organize engaging employee engagement activities under the guidance of the Line Manager.
  • Provide support in handling disciplinary and grievance issues.
  • Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate effectively with management and other HR staff members.
  • Execute any other tasks as directed by the Line Manager.
