As an Engagement Manager at Meezan Bank Limited, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction. This is an entry-level position that requires a Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Identify customer needs and preferences through research and analysis.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their requirements and addressing their concerns.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service, to improve the customer experience.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing customer engagement.
  7. Analyze customer data and behavior to develop targeted engagement campaigns and initiatives.
  8. Plan and execute customer events, workshops, and webinars to promote engagement and educate customers.
  9. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to foster long-term relationships.
  10. Stay updated with industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in customer engagement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Excellent customer service orientation.
  4. Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
  5. Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement platforms.
  8. Proficiency in using MS Office applications.
  9. Prior experience in customer engagement, customer service, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level positions.
  10. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
