Meezan Bank, the leading Islamic bank in Pakistan, is currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Analyst Customer Insight in the Service. As an Analyst Customer Insight, you will play a key role in analyzing customer data and providing valuable insights to enhance our service offerings and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze customer data, including transactional data, feedback, and customer behavior patterns.
  • Identify trends and patterns in customer data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Use statistical tools and techniques to analyze customer data and create meaningful reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to drive customer-centric initiatives and improvements.
  • Conduct research and competitor analysis to understand market trends and customer preferences.
  • Utilize data visualization techniques to present findings and insights in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer segmentation strategies to personalize service offerings.
  • Monitor and track customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement and proposing strategies for enhancing customer experience.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in customer analytics and service.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining customer databases and data management processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and data analytics platforms is an advantage.
  • Previous experience or internships in data analysis or market research roles is a plus.
